Who we are
Cerebro Tech operates the cerebrotechs.com website and the Cerebro Tech healthcare platform. This notice covers only this website: the demo request form and analytics cookies. Patient and clinic data inside the platform is covered by separate agreements.
What we collect through the demo request form
- Your name, organisation, organisation type, country and main interest.
- Your phone number and/or email address, and the message you write.
- The language you used, and how you reached us: the campaign tags in the link you followed (for example
utm_source) and the address of the page that linked to us. - Your agreement to this notice and the time you gave it.
We do not store your IP address in your request. A one-way, salted code of it may be kept only to block abuse of the form.
Why we use it
Only to contact you about a demo of Cerebro Tech, follow up on your request, and understand which of our campaigns bring requests. We do not sell your details and we do not send them to advertisers.
Who can see it and how long we keep it
Your request is stored on Cerebro Tech's own servers and is visible only to authorised Cerebro Tech staff. We keep it while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete or anonymise it. Requests identified as spam are deleted sooner.
Analytics cookies
Only if you choose Accept analytics, we use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages help visitors. We never send your name, email, phone or message to Google. If you reject, no analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.
