Same record. Each role sees only what it may. Demo data

Tap a role to see its view of the same record.

4 apps, one record. Nearly 40 clinical and administrative modules. 40+ assistant actions, each scoped to the signed-in role. Arabic and English, right-to-left done properly.

The platform

Four apps. One shared record.

Each role gets an app built for its day, and all of them write to one backend. The clinic, the doctor and the patient always see the same, current record.

Intelligence built in

An assistant that knows your clinic, and nothing more.

In the portals and on WhatsApp, the assistant answers in Arabic or English from your clinic's live data. It sees only what the signed-in user may see, and it never writes without asking first. Try it on the right.

Trust

Medical data deserves medical-grade care.

Patients own their record. Clinics open it only with consent. Every action is attributable.

  1. Verified identities

National-ID accounts with one-time codes by SMS, email or WhatsApp.

  2. Patient consent

A clinic opens a record only after the patient approves, and the patient can revoke it at any time.

  3. Least privilege

Every request is scoped to the user's clinic and role, with permissions the clinic manages itself.

  4. Clean uploads

Every upload is scanned for malware before storage; sensitive fields are encrypted at rest.

  5. Audited assistant

The assistant never writes without confirmation; every action is logged with who, what and when.

  6. Secure hosting

HTTPS everywhere, hosted on Microsoft Azure in Europe with managed database backups.

Questions

What clinics ask us first.

Who is Cerebro Tech for?

Private clinics, polyclinics, hospital departments and individual doctors who want one system for records, scheduling, prescriptions and finance, with a patient app on top.

Can a doctor work in more than one clinic?

Yes. One login, several workplaces. The doctor switches clinic from the navbar, and permissions and data are scoped to the selected clinic.

Do patients need the app?

No. Patients can book through reception or by chatting on WhatsApp. MiRecord gives them the full record, family accounts and consent control when they want it.

Is the system available in Arabic?

Fully. Every interface supports Arabic with right-to-left layout, and prescriptions print in Arabic or English.

Where is the data hosted?

On Microsoft Azure in Europe, over HTTPS, with managed database backups. Patient files are scanned before storage and sensitive fields are encrypted.
